SUPERPRINT TECHNOLOGY

The printing alternative to enhance your design details.

It is a computerized, dye-print technique that allows the maximum details of your complicated design with unlimited colors on a fabric. The dye is printed on a special transfer paper using imported special ink. The artwork is then embedded into the garment using heat and pressure for turning the artwork into vapor and re-solidifying in the yarn. It is absorbed directly in the fabric, thus becoming a part of the garment.

Super Print Technology can produce complex artwork and digitally tune the result through mixing pigments to get the actual color. This is in contrast to most other printing methods where a tight group of colored dots are used. A 1200 dpi printer is needed to get the resolution that a 300 dpi Super Print printer is capable of to provide.

Super print can have both durability and creative design input because dye submerges into the yarn instead of just being painted onto the surface, you will not feel the ink on the shirt. It will also not feel heavy or thick with the artwork in it. Moreover, super print resists fading and retains the breathability of the fabric.

REFLECTIVE PANELS

Scotchlite™ Reflective Material-Fabrics are specially designed for safety garments, athletic and casual wear. Fluorescent color fabrics are also available to enhance daytime and low-light visibility. This unique fabric is made of wide angled and exposed retro-reflective lenses bonded to a variety of durable cloth fabric backings. They can be easily sewn on other fabrics and can be embroidered or screen printed for patches and emblems.
