1. Scotchgard™ Reflective Material
3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material is a great way to design products that improve the visibility of those who wear them. Apparel Empire uses Scotchlite™ in 4 different forms:
Reflective Fabrics
Fabrics are designed for use on safety garments and in athletic and casual wear. Fluorescent color fabrics are also available to enhance daytime and low-light visibility. Scotchlite reflective material – fabrics are composed of wide angle, exposed retroreflective lenses bonded to a a variety of durable cloth fabric backings
Reflective Transfer Film Material
The transfer films are ideal for conversion into emblems, patches, logos and labels in a variety of shapes, sizes, numbers and letters, and are often used to make continuous laminated trims and piping. Same as the reflective fabric, it’s also designed for use on safety garments and in athletic and casual wear.
Reflective High Gloss Materials
3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material – High Gloss Products are designed for use on safety garments and when properly used, help enhance the visibility of the wearer in nighttime or low-light conditions when illuminated by headlights. Scotchlite reflective material – high gloss products consist of highly retroreflective microprisms formed on flexible, glossy and UV-stabilized polymeric film. They are available either sealed to a vinyl backing or unsealed for custom converting
Reflective Tape
3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Tape / Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Films are composed of wide angle, exposed retroreflective lenses bonded to an adhesive. They are easy to apply to rigid substrates – simply peel and stick.
